The collection aims to draw attention to the artistic personality of playwright Jaromír Ptáček, who was instrumental in the creation of the modern Czech radio play. 14 titles have been selected for the volume - An Unprivate Questionnaire, Look To the Black Sky, Before the Threshold of Silence, The Snail on the Hanging Trapeze, Laying in the Grave, A Cry for Mr Jeremiah, And Who Would Like to Leave the City of Babylon..., My Brother Job, Probable News of the End of the Earth, Musicians of the Night, Theme Number One, What Happened Can't Stop, Untitled and The Ness. The editor and author of the afterword is Vilém Faltýnek, with additional accompanying texts by the German bohemian Heinrich Kunstmann, Milan Uhde and Věra Ptáčková. It is published in cooperation with the publishing house Větrné mlýny.
