A representative review examining those Czech theatrical events which are of particular importance. The journal is in English, richly illustrated and has been published once a year since 1991. Back issues are still on sale. The latest issue of the magazine provides studies on award-winning productions of Alban Berg s Wozzek (dir. David Radok, National Theatre Prague), articles on recent works by Prague theatres Činoherní klub (Drama Studio) and Dejvice Theatre (including Petr Zelenka s production of his own play Tales of Common Insanity) and the Brno-based Theatre U stolu (At the Table) as well as surveys of the latest development in Czech opera and puppet theatre.
