The lecture “How to Innovate. Models and Principles for Getting New Ideas” is held on 22nd May from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in English with simultaneous interpretation into Czech. The fee is 200 CZK (students 150 CZK) payable on the spot. The workshop “Innovation Sprint. Strenghtening Creativity in Teams and Organizations – Playfully and with Great Ideas” is held one day later, on 23rd May from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. in English with no interpreting. The fee is 750 CZK, we will send the invoice after you make a firm registration. The lecture and workshop will be led be Jonas Boutani Werner and Tyra Willén.

How to Innovate. Models and Principles for Getting New Ideas
The lecture will provide an insight in the innovation process and will show how to apply its principles in practice. We will use specific illustrations to explain how to use the innovation process methods for our further development. Come to get inspired and understand the innovation process and the steps better. The lecture will answer to the following questions: What are innovations? Why are they so important? How to implement them in practice? How to manage various steps of the innovation process?

Innovation Sprint. Strenghtening Creativity in Teams and Organizations – Playfully and with Great Ideas!
The all-day workshop will use a playful way to illustrate a simple method for innovations and creative thinking. Become familiar with a theoretical framework, practical experience and get to know “professional creativity”. The participants will learn about useful principles and specific tools to strengthen creativity in teams and organizations. The worshop is going to answer the following questions: What are good principles and working rules to strengthen creativity? How to be creative and create a functional framework for innovations and creative thinking? Can creativity be controlled? The participants will get detailed instructions and knowledge for searching, selection and the development of high-quality innovation ideas.
The workshop and lecture will be held in the Museum of Decorative Arts (17. listopadu 2/2, Praha 1).
Jonas Boutani Werner specializes in innovations and leadership, he founded Fantastic Studios, the Swedish consulting company, which is engaged in innovations, organization transformations and education. Jonas has been in charge of workshops for 15 years already and he has trained more than 350 people in “Managing Creative Cooperation” for the past three years. Jonas’s passion is to encourage people’s creativity and genuine cooperation.
Tyra Willén is a consultant for innovations and leadership in Fantastic Studio. She studied in Switzerland. He has been in charge of workshops all around Europe and South Africa. Tyra’s aim is to provide the people with space for discovering their creativity and developing creative thinking.
