PhDr. Helena Hantáková is a specialized librarian, since 2001 she has been the head of the Library of the Theatre Institute.

Papers at national and international conferences, the main field of presentation is specialized activities of the ATI library and promotion of the activities of the SIMBAS National Center.
Research grants
In 1997 – 2002 she was the main supervisor of the project supported by the grant from the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic in the program of digitalization of library funds, library catalogues, retroconversion of a general catalogue, union catalogues, extension of automatized library networks.
In 2009 she was the main supervisor of the VISK project.
In 2008 – 2011 she was the main supervisor of the project Digital Copies of Unpublished Theatre Texts in the ATI Library Fund and Their Accessibility, the project was part of the grant project of science and research at the Ministry of Culture, Czech Republic.
In 2012, 2013 and 2015 she was the main supervisor of the VISK9 National Authorities project.
