Honza Petružela is a theatre historian, editor, and journalist. Since 2010 he has been the editor-in-chief of the theatre studies journal Theatre Revue. He deals with the history of 20th-century theatre, especially with Alfréd Radok’s work. He works as an editor, publisher, graphic designer, and cultural manager in NA KONÁRI, z. s., and Fujaré, z. s. He is the deputy chairperson of the Theatre Research Society and a member of the Science Council at the Theatre Institute.
